Yoga is Bo's first love, and she has been teaching the practice full time for five years. The yoga mat gives her an opportunity to practice using essential tools such as breath, Drishti (focused gaze), and Bondahs (body strength and awareness). These practices have easily translated to her outdoor passions, Mountain Biking, Climbing, and Skiing. Since moving to Tahoe, Bo Outland has started competing in Mountain Biking competitions in the summer. In the winter, she works part-time at Heavenly teaching her snow passion - skiing. Her love is in the outdoors, and she is passionate about sharing that love with other people in hopes of influencing that same love.
