The Grivel 360 ice screw is great for funky placements, behind pillars and early season ice. Even die hard fans of other ice screws can appreciate having one or two Grivel 360s on their rack. The unique design minimizes the amount of ice you have to clear to be able to complete a rotation of the handle to drive the screw in. In fact, the 360 can be drilled into a whole only slightly bigger than the diameter of the screw itself. The biggest disadvantage is they tangle on each other and the rest of your rack.

Dislikes
Racks poorly. If you typically use two ice clippers and bring 6-10 screws, you may want to consider 3-4 ice clippers and only racking 3-4 on each clipper. Otherwise, getting the 360 off the ice clippers is a pain.
