Originally from the East Coast, Michelle’s passion for the outdoors has brought her all over the Western Hemisphere. Starting in the whitewater world, she has progressed into many other outdoor activities. From kayaking in the southeastern US to running ultramarathons in the Sierra Nevada to sailing the Northwest Passage to skiing in Chile, her love for the outdoors has made her the person she is today. Her active lifestyle and passion for sharing it with others has led her down a variety of career paths. From a former Marketing Manager within outdoor recreation, a ski patroller in the Sierra, and currently a Rehab Aide helping people get back to what they love, she loves sharing her experiences and getting others outside to enjoy them one way or another. Through all of her travels and hobbies, she has tried and tested many different products at many price points. She hates getting caught out on an adventure with the wrong types of gear and accessories. Michelle loves trying out new gear and putting it to the test in some of the worst conditions. She is honest in sharing what she loves and doesn’t love about the products she uses and tests.
