Jenay Aiksnoras

Originally from Connecticut, Jenay Aiksnoras is the Chief Experience Curator at Bliss Experiences. She has been guiding Yoga practices since 2005 while living in New York and began her own studio, Lake Tahoe Yoga, in 2008. In 2010 she was the first Yoga guide and studio owner in Tahoe to offer Paddle Yoga classes. Lake Tahoe Yoga is one of the most awarded studios in the basin and has been recognized as a Chamber Blue Ribbon Award Winner for Experiences, of which there are many including beach and paddle Yoga as well as on-site practices.

After eight years as a School Counselor and over seven working with children diagnosed with Autism, her passion for living a Yogic lifestyle drew her in a new direction. Skilled at connecting with others and developing wellness programs that honor every individual's needs, she created Bliss Experiences to provide a space for local small business owners and professionals to share their passions for wellbeing and Tahoe with the community and visitors of the basin. In 2021 she opened the doors to this new, unique space that welcomes residents and visitors to experience Bliss.

Jenay actively engages in the Tahoe community through volunteership and as a member of local organizations, including the Tahoe Area Mountain Bike Association, Tahoe Regional Young Professionals, Tahoe Chamber, and Biz Assembly. She is a novice mountain biker, avid road cyclist, and emerging gravel rider. She telemark, cross country & water skis and can snowboard, too. Daily runs make her happy, and in the winter, she likes to get out on the ice for skating. Jenay loves backcountry off-roading to find hidden hot springs. Her favorite thing to do is jump into the middle of the lake off of a boat or paddle board.
