The Stynger is the Women's version of Asolo Fugitive that we did a full hand's on review of in our Men's Hiking Boot Review. All the materials are the same in both the Stynger and Fugitive. They use the same upper, Gore-Tex lining, lasting board, foot bed and sole. The difference between the two is the styling, fit and colors. To get a general idea of how the Stynger performs, read the Fugitive review. The Fugitive scored in the middle of the pack. It was a solid performer that was exceptionally water proof but it did not win any awards.
